You do. Under Texas rules of professional conduct, the decision to accept or reject a settlement offer belongs to the client, not the attorney. Team Stogner’s role is to give you complete information about every offer, our honest assessment of what the case is worth, the strengths and weaknesses of going to trial, the realistic range of outcomes, and our recommendation. With that information in hand, the choice is yours. We will never pressure you into a settlement you are not comfortable with, and we will never refuse to try a case that should be tried.
